Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and large room. The spa facilities (Finnish and steam saunas, jacuzzi and nice resting areas) were modern and sparkling clean. Location of hotel is perfect for the main central attractions. Breakfast was good - with real espresso available.
The bed was a little worn-in/soft and not so comfortable.

- I booked no-smoker room, but in my room was ashtray and strong smell after cigarette. - you can hear everything from the stair space and every door bell from main entrance - strange noise in wellness (no relax at all) and not everything was working - in the morning the breakfast fry-smell was in the whole room - surly receptionist

Nice room, very clean, friendly staff, nice location and very close to city centre.
Our room was situated under the attic, during summer period in a room was really hot, and a fan wasn´t enough to cool down the room. A/c will be perfect.
